MAC Haul

After some errands yesterday I found myself at the MAC counter.  Imagine that..

It wasn’t a random visit though, I was trying to find a back up for Just A Pinch gel blush.  It’s one of my favourite blushes and it was unfortunately a limited edition item with the Rose Romance collection.  I was lucky enough to get the last one.

I picked up a few other things as well:

• MAC Gel Blush / Just A Pinch
• MAC Mineralize Skin Finish / Refined
• MAC Lip Pencil / Cherry
• MAC Satin Lipstick / MAC Red
• MAC Mineralize Blush / Love Thing

As usual I got talking with all the MA’s (they’re awesome), we were talking about bright lips since I was looking at Girl About Town and Impassioned.  The conversation then moved to red lips (I was wearing a mild red) and I mentioned that I was looking for a different red, since most of the ones I own are very similar.  I ended up picking up MAC Red and Cherry lipliner.. but I think I’m going to wait on the others with a B2M.  Eventually I’ll get them.

Also, I picked up Love Thing, which is a mineralized blush from the Sonic Chic collection.  The last few releases with Grand Duos and Colour Craft have left me wanting.  I much prefer the texture of the original release, so I think I will be picking up the rest of the ones I like in the next few visits.

Finally, I purchased one of the last two Refined mineralized skin finish, from the Sugar Sweet collection.  Since that collection launched, I’ve been looking at and pondering it.  It’s unique to anything I have, so I decided I may as well.
