Haul ~ Style Warriors [M.A.C.]

Last Friday I decided to hit up the MAC store in Mississauga. It had been an age since I’d been to Square One, but with a friend in tow, we hit up the mall.

The store had released Style Warriors on the Wednesday, and I just didn’t have the patience to wait until the 28th – which was the day my local counter was to release.  The packaging is lovely, but I’m definitely over the packaging hoarding phase.  Admittedly though, once I saw the collection and started swatching.. I wasn’t as impressed as I had hoped to be.

However, I did pick up a few things:

• Ginger Root & Naked Rose cremestick pearl liners (since the cpl’s are being discontinued.. >.<)
• Soft Force & Bright Future eye shadows
• Impassioned solar bits
• Bronze Hero & Pink Rebel lustre drops
• Brave New Bronze, Purple Rite & Sunsational lipsticks
• Chocolate Brown & Cornflower pigment samples

I’m very happy with everything that I purchased, but by far.. the lustre drops are my favourite from this haul.  I’ve used them quite a few times in the past week and they’re great.  Just a tiny drop is enough to do highlighting, so I know they’ll last a good long while.. pigments in liquid form!
