Face of the Day ~ Pretty In Pink

Ever since I picked up the insanely bright lip tar in Anime, I’ve wanted to wear it. After experimenting with a few lip combinations on Thursday night, I decided I would wear it to work on Friday. This is a toned down version of it, since I didn’t think it would be appropriate to go into work with neon lips. Even with that said, I received some compliments at work, which is always nice. Initially I was going to do a neutral eye, but decided that I’d incorporate more pink into the look as a sort of subtle smokey look.

This looks gorgeous on you. Really nice!

  2. LOVE this look on you! I think pinks/purples really suit your skin tone. Gorgeous!!!

  3. I’m 17 and just got into this whole makeup thing soo i generally like to keep my makeup looks simple and natural looking with a once in while spaz to it on special ocassions (so I do like to have some unneutral colors to coordinate with my outfits once in a while). Any suggestion for a good palette?

    • If you’re looking for bright colours, I’d suggest looking into Sugar Pill Cosmetics or the Deluxe Palette by Urban Decay.

      Hope that helps. :]
