Quick Review: Paint [MAC]
Category: Eye Shadow (cream)
Product: MAC Paint in Bamboom
Price: $20
Amount: 6.5 g
Special Features: n/a
Pros: a little goes a long way, easy to blend, packaging*, long wearing, smooth finish
Cons: limited colour selection, packaging*
My Thoughts: This is one of my favourite products to use as a primer. Bamboom is a great shade for WOC as the tones are rich enough to prevent an ashy look. Just a thin layer sets quickly to a budge-proof, crease-proof finish. I can wear this all day at work, out after work and still come home to my shadows looking flawless.
*For the most part, Iprefer this packaging (compared to Paint Pots) because it keeps air contact to a minimum so it won’t dry out; however, I always have to unroll the end to keep excess product from oozing out.
Recommend/Repurchase: Absolutely!

I always see paints but I never buy them!
I have to pick up a few next time
I saw the red on at the CCO sometime ago and should have picked it up.
It’s not an everyday colour for most, but it is quite pretty. Just a little works nicely on the cheeks as a sheer flush too. :]
