A Few Changes

I know this is something most people don’t talk about, but I was really hoping to get your feedback.

About a week ago I started entertaining the thought of running some ads on Beauty Thesis.  This blog is a beloved hobby of mine and I have no plans of stopping, but I was thinking about ways to help offset some of the costs.  The first things to come to mind was ads.

Many of my favourite beauty blogs have ads, some of them are very well placed.. others, not so much.  For the most part, they don’t bother me.  However, I know that excessive ads annoy me and I really feel like it’s about balance.  Enough so they’re not missed, but not so much that they overwhelm the actual content.

I’m experimenting right now with ad types and placement, so things may change over the next few days.  I even created a new poll for those wishing to stay anonymous.
